Fishing is more than just a hobby for us – it's a way of life. There's something special about being surrounded by nature and waiting patiently for that moment when you feel the tug on your line. It's a chance to disconnect and tune out from the distractions of daily life and focus on the present moment. British Columbia, the province we find ourselves in, is filled with natural beauty and is a great place to discover and rediscover the love of fishing.

Fishing is also about community. It's about sharing experiences and knowledge with fellow anglers. It's about coming together to celebrate the thrill of the catch and to respect the natural resources of this province and elsewhere that allow us to fish.

As North Vancouver’s go-to fishing and tackle shop, the mission of Highwater Tackle is to provide all of the tools and resources you need to make the most of your fishing experiences. We offer a wide range of high-quality tackle, as well as rods and reels to lures as well as a team that can advise on how, where and when to use them.

While the main website and social media presence (Instagram found here and Facebook found here), will focus primarily on product offerings, this blog space will serve more to provide color on the industry; where we came from and where we’re going.
